PAN Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG) will launch its Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts brand in Vietnam in the fourth quarter of this year with the introduction of Pan Pacific Hanoi in the capital city.
The property was acquired by PPHG in 2001 through a joint venture with Hanoi Construction Corporation and has been operating as Sofitel Plaza Hanoi at a prime location by the West Lake. As at Oct 1 this year, it will be rebranded Pan Pacific Hanoi after refurbishments to its lobby, lobby bar, all-day dining restaurant and meeting space.
It will feature 273 guestrooms and 56 serviced suites. Pan Pacific Hanoi will be the group's second property in Vietnam after Parkroyal Saigon, which is located in Ho Chi Minh City.
