PROPOSALS
In addition to the proposals sent to you earlier, we are sending the following proposals.
JAIPUR:- Three five star deluxe hotels in Jaipur are being offered for sale. Write to us if you are interested. The owners/sellers require Letter of Interest from the buyer to facilitate meeting.
In our earlier letter we had sent the following proposals for hotels on sale:-
MUMBAI – Up market five star deluxe hotel.
GURGAON - A 4 star plus hotel having 98 rooms.
VADODRA - A 50 room 3 star hotel in Vadodra.
NOIDA - A 3 star 40 rooms hotel for sale. 30 more rooms can be added
HARIDWAR - A 20 rooms hotel.
CHAIN OF 15 HOTELS PAN INDIA FOR SALE.
BAHRAIN – A leading group having 34 hotels in Bahrain, invites participation to develop more hotels in Sri Lanka, Ras Al Khaima & Al Marian Island.
RAS AL KHAIMA – A 4 star 373 rooms hotel for sale.
BODH GAYA – A 5 star hotel 250 rooms, under construction, seek JV Partner
GURGAON – Up-market Service Aptts (135) seek management.
